Free Software Solutions for Working Remotely

We know that some businesses have been better equipped than others to adapt to the changes forced onto most by the Covid-19 pandemic. With advice increasingly being that workers should work from home, if possible, we would like to help the businesses we work with navigate these changes.

Here are several free software solutions we recommend for remote working:

Slack

Slack allows employees to instant message each other, as well as allows our company to share updates and news that will affect the team. You can create different channels for different teams and it is a great way to keep in communication.

Google Meet

Google Hangouts is good for video conferencing software to schedule remote meetings with staff or clients.

Zoom

Zoom is another good example for video conferencing software to schedule remote meetings with staff or clients online.

Monday

Project management software that allows instant updates, collaborative working and lets you keep a track of where your team are on projects and ideas and is extremely easy to set up and use.

Asana

Asana is another great project management software that allows instant updates, collaborative working and lets you keep a track of where your team are during tasks.

Podio
