On November 13-17th, Sixth Sense took the opportunity to show our continued support for Scottish Careers Week, a social media campaign introduced by Skills Development Scotland to showcase the range of brilliant career paths and to also shine a light on the support available to everyone throughout Scotland to help shape the future and make positive career choices.
This year, our very own Lee and Scott took part by showcasing their career journey from starting at Sixth Sense to where they are now in the business.
Lee Fyfe, Digital Marketing & Recruitment Executive
“I started with Sixth Sense nearly 6 years ago as a Digital Marketing Apprentice, they allowed me to grow in the professional space and provided me with loads of opportunities to develop myself in the office and also at events and career fairs. Due to my apprenticeship development, I was also able to develop crucial industry skills that have helped me get to where I am today.”
“Now, I am Sixth Sense’s Marketing & Recruitment Executive where I manage our full recruitment department, plan, create and run social media campaigns and I represent the company on numerous platforms, both virtual and in-person. I’m certainly looking forward to discovering what my job role has in store for me in the future.”
Scott Cunningham, Business Development Manager
“I moved to Sixth Sense Training as Business Development Manager in October 2022 after a successful 6-year spell at another training provider. My first year has been great and I’ve really enjoyed the freedom given to me to allow me to schedule my own week whether that be Teams calls, visits to existing/potential clients etc. I am looking forward to 2024 and continuing our success and to grow the team further.”
