Qualifcation
- Employer must have liability insurance in place
- The candidate must be employed in a managerial role, preferably leading a team of at least 2 people
- The candidate must be contracted to work at least 16 hours per week
- Candidates must have a desire to develop their skills and a willingness to learn
- Candidates must be 16 – 24 years of age
