Data Analytics:
Our Digital Technology: Data Analytics qualification has been designed to support digital technology roles in data analytics within digital organisations as well as across different industries including construction, engineering, utilities, infrastructure, finance and a variety of public bodies.
By enrolling, apprentices will be able to achieve and demonstrate skills such as how to design data visualisations to meet requirements, apply data analytics on data to discover new trends, patterns, and relationships and using modern digital data management methods.
Cyber Security:
Cyber Security has been designed for apprentices to keep your organisation safe from online attacks and threats. This qualification is ideal for digital technology roles such as cyber security analysts, engineers and threat analysts.
By enrolling, apprentices will be able to develop and showcase their skills such as supporting cyber security governance, contributing to the implementation of cyber security controls, risk assessments and management and contributing to cyber security awareness programmes.
Software Development:
Our Software Development qualification is perfect for individuals in roles that cover the design, development, coding, testing and implementation of software for use on a variety of platforms.
By enrolling, apprentices will be able to achieve and demonstrate skills such as implementing software methodology, designing and developing software, providing software testing and creating software user documentation.
IT Infrastructure:
Our IT Infrastructure SVQ has been designed for individuals that are based within a physical IT working environment.
By enrolling, apprentices will be able to develop and showcase their skills such as implementing on-premises physical network infrastructure, supporting cloud migration and assisting with implementing wireless network infrastructure.
IT Support:
The Diploma in Digital Technology: IT Support has been designed for apprentices to learn and develop the skills to operate and carry out IT support.
By enrolling, apprentices will be able to achieve and demonstrate skills such as supporting digital technology service requests, assisting development of digital technology support materials, and supporting digital technology asset management.
Requirements:
To be enrolled on one of our SCQF 6 programmes, the following must be considered:
- This level of qualification is suitable for someone who is currently in a relevant job role to the apprenticeship or looking to kickstart their career.
- The candidate should be highly motivated and be prepared to build a portfolio of evidence over the course of a year.
- Any form of disability will be welcome. We will adapt the course and make sure every person has the same opportunities.
